Much Love*

My baby will turning 2 soon...Means, I've been together with her almost 730 days...A long period of time but I didn't noticed that because a day with her feel moved so fasttttt and know,she will rise to be a pretty kids and not anymore baby's as always I called her but for me,she's still my baby..forever and till now,I still called her as "Baby"..

 Looking her face while she was asleep just makes me think about something..hurmmm,something that only me can feel..That innocent face...Sleeping without bring any burden into her dreamland..Sleep tight and wake up in da morning to through her happy life as a toddler and so it goes everyday.. #overwhelmed#..

 

 By holding her hand was enough to makes me sad..Sad because this hand  will grow by the age and sometimes I wish,pls baby,,stay little..Mine quite funny is it?? Ya,I know that.. Each parents wanna seeing her child growth up but instead off me..I dun know why guys,maybe I'm too scared to let her into a new level and we didn't noe is it okay or not for her,does she will handle anything by itself?? Yet,she's still in childhood..And the only things she know is playing without worries anything because having mama ayah beside would treat her like a princess..:)

Day by day,My responsibility gaining bigger and  I should bear..Do I qualify to did it?? Being a mommy is not easy that you guys thought and it was a big challenge in my life plus this is my 1st experience and admit,sometimes mentality is not at the  level that we're supposed to but for my loved ones,I'll try my best..swear!

~ My Homemade Spaghetti Bolognese with Chicken Meatballs ~

Hello fellows!! Since my cooking mood was coming last a few weeks and start to forced my hubby to bought some grocerries for make Spaghetti Bolognese with Chicken Meatball and finally,I've done to made it!!Yeay!!!..So,lets check what the ingredients required....Tadaaaaaaaa....

1 - Okay,first we must have one packet's of spaghetti as a main course..I choose San Remo brand because

its most popular in all type of pasta...

2 - Prego sauce..For dis one,I choose yg tradisional definitely...he..he..actually,too many type of Prego sauce but depends on your taste..

3 - Minced Chicken by Ramly..There is 2 slices in the packet and I thought one slice is enough and

I bought chicken because I do not eat beef and mutton..But If you want to use minced meat pun boleh..It's up to you..:)

4 - Chicken Meatballs..(additional)..Actually,if you want to DIY pun boleh..just use minced chicken balance tue and make it circle like a ball then put perasa such as pepper,salt or etc then goreng..But I prefer to bought yg ready made sbb easy and jimat mase..he..he..

5 - Button mushroom...I beli yg dlm tin...yg packet pun ade and its really delicious for me...And make sure before beli tue,read the contents first,check expired date and the most important had a "Halal" sign..

Others ingredients needed ...

~ Diced Onions and Garlics for saute...I x gune bnyk sgt bwng just 3 cloves for each both..

~ Red Capsicums aka Lada Benggala,Button Mushrooms and diced Tomato..For capsicums and mushroom should be sliced thinly...All mentioned will inserted into the sauce later..

~ Green Broccoli just for garnish..Fyi,Broccoli is one of my favourite vegetables and me likes it!

Dun forget to boiled with salts for makes it softened..

Okay,let's begins...First,you must boiled the spaghetti first around 15 minutes until the spaghetti become softened,put some salts (dun too much)..just secukup rasa and put olive oil also to ensure the spaghetti x melekat..Kalo nk gune minyak masak pun boleh but only one tablespoon..jgn lebih..After 15 minutes, lift the spaghetti then toskan air and  biarkan seketika..

Next,I fried chicken meatballs..If you want to boiled,also can but I lebih suka goreng..Fried until golden brown mcm gambar kt bwh nie...


*Comel2 je kan...hik..hik...

Now,to make the sauce,we must :-

1 - Saute the diced onions and garlics until the smell raise up..Should not be to crisp..ckup sekadar dia layu...

2 - Then,masukkan minced chicked tue..Leave for 2 minutes so that minced chicken tue fully cooked but remember,jgn terlalu garing...

 

3 - After that,pour Prego sauce and water..Fyi,prego sauce nie pekat and mmng kene tambah air..Just masukkan 1 tin air by use prego tin tue td..Advise,do not over letak air sbb nanti terlalu cair,mmng x sesuai nk dimkn together with spaghetti..I suke if sauce dia a little bit pekat...And,ada org suke letak Tomato Puree but for me,no need because I x suke sour sgt..Lagipun,prego sauce tue got to taste..semua rase dh ada..he..he.. till then, lets it boil for a while and kept the fire in medium..

Then,lastly,masukkan capsicums,tomato and button mushrooms tue td into the sauce..bhn2 nie xleh masuk awal because it will be too mushy..Bolehlah rase lps tue either you want to put salts,aji or sugar if rase sauce tue mcm kurang jer kan..Ikut selera masing2.. :)...When everything is ok,dah boleh matikan api and ready to be served...Yeay! Siap!!

And the final result is..........Tadaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa..

* My home made Spaghetti Bolognese with Chicken Meatballs...I letak Broccoli tue sbb nk bg cantik..he..he..and ready to gave someone who's request from me before dis..hope they like it !!

I'm very satisfied for that day because I could cooked for my beloved hubby,baby and the rest..Plus,baby likes my home made spaghetti and very-very appetizing with dat..makan and makan..Hubby also..add twice and he ask me to make it again for the next time...Boleh sayangggg as long awak nk makan, B buatkan..hik..hik... hik..

Solved..Yeay!!

Hi guys..Tenenenene...guess what?? Imma happy since I can upload pictures back..Pls see my previous post..That time I story about my problem liaise the uploading picture but now was solved! yeayness!!

Oh ya,You all mesti nk tau kan how could I fix that issue?? And first and foremost,millions thanks to someone who's help me solve the problem without change anything structure in my blog..he..he...
Okay,okay..I'm a newbie and I thought,nothing wrong if I share how to resolve that problem..And I believe,not only me had a problem like dat and maybe some of blogger through it!!

Fyi,before dis I browse an internet with use Mozilla Firefox because for me,MF act quickly than others..
And selama nie xde problem with that and sudden my blog xleh upload picture so become a problem for me..Then, someone was told me so that browse with use Internet Explorer or Msn but I choose IE since I rarely use Msn for browse an internet sebelum2 nie plus mcm x famous jerk..hik..hik..hik..

And after I try,the result is fully success and I can upload pictures as usual..Hip..hip..horaaay!! Even till now,I dun know why MF can't work as well as before..Hurmmm,sometimes IE taking so long to browse and a little bit up my anger..but at least I can upload picture at my blog..enough for me..So far,I just find this easily way but if bloggers out there have cara lain yg more easy,more quickly,more effective,kindly share with me ya!! Appreciate it !! Well,sharing is caring kan??..*blink-blink eyelash*

Trouble !!

Close to the end of May and I thought this is month which,there are at most a little post..See,this is second post in May..sikit kan??*sigh*..

Actually I've a lot of things need to share with you guys but I dun know why each time me wanna upload pictures,xbleh and hundred times I try,,still cannot..sampai ke sudah just try and error until me sooooo bored and became stress..Previous posts boleh jer but suddenly plak x boleh...

Hurmmm,if just for update,its never had a problem at all but as you know guys post without pictures tersangatlah boring..Yes!Big boring...So I google to find out the solutions and I got too many ways even me dun know how to follow which one of the ways was given...And here the few steps from anonymous but i'm still thinking either to follow or not...

1- DELETE OLDER PICTURES IN BLOG

Honestly I dun like this way because how could I delete my older pictures because all pictures in my blog had a meaning for me and this is not worth for me..

2- RESIZING PICTURES

Hurmmm,maybe I should consider about it but the problem is,too many pictures in my blog's and fyi, I'm blogging since 2011 even xlah lame mane kan but nk resizing tue jenuh jugak...One by one plak tue... :'(

3- ADD AUTHOR @  BASIC SETTING BLOG

Okay,this way too complicated for me because before dis I dun know that each blog have a limit to upload picture and with add author,we can add a new space for upload picture.Add author means,I must create a new account then I can update,upload as usual but I must sign in with use a new account..Don't worry because its still blog kite cume there is two authors in blog but same owner.We can set an old account as "Admin"..Confused right?? Same goes to me..That's why I malas nak try cara nie and its looks like easy but instead of??

And others a few steps that I found and I think not helpful and literally makes me more confused..Hurmmm,
does anyone knows the other simple steps so that I could easily to try?? Hwaaaa *wipe tears*...Siyes sgt x suke selagi this problem can't be solved..nk update anything pun rasa malas kalo pictures can't upload together..Its seems like "No Point"..

Hope I'll found the solutions as soon as possible and maybe more struggle to surf kt tenet or mane2 page which content tutorials regarding this problem so that I can fix that issued... :)

~1st post in May~

Arghhhhh, I miss blogging..really I do..Okay fellows,this is my first post in May..Honestly,I've many3 stories need to share with you all even me,myself dunno how to begin from where..kinda excited because May had a lot of awesome things happen!!

Okay,as we all know,5/5/2013 was an election date and its already passed..So guys? are you voting for which party?? He..he..Okay,okay,just answer in your heart..no need to tell everyone..kan undi tue rahsia??
Hurmmm,after PRU,everyone has been talking about it all the times even at Facebook,Twitter,and other social media..and today is 10 May, means already 5 days PRU were done but some of people can't accept the result..For me,I dun care la which party won as long rakyat x terbeban..Fyi,I'm not huge about politics
but a little bit knows..So,to those people which can't accept the PRU result,stay calm..No need to show off your anger,blame each others..come on la..be minded person...whatever it is,5 years from now,proven belongs to BN..Just see another 5 years onward..UBAH katenya..tp bukan "Ini Kalilah"..maybe Lain Kali...hik..hik..

Oh well,5/5/2013 also was a momentous day for my niece and her husband..you know why guys?? that day is the first time they became a hubby/wifey and for the first time they do vote..Awesome right?? Okay,below picture my niece on her big day..tadaaaaaaaaa...

When attend any weddings,my baby kinda synonym with "kompang"...and i dun know why,she a little bit know that wedding must had a "kompang"..And suddenly told to me "Ma,nk nenot pang"..he..he..comel tau 
x...And,that day,hubby treat my dotter to play it..saje nk bagi baby puas hati...Take a look pictures below..

Baby very interested with kompang and very excited..Me dun have a problem with her passion coz I know,all grows up kids easily to try something new and very easily to fall in love with anything..so me assume it as a normal things...
